I am an engineering assistant. I provide technical support for an ANR (National Research Agency) project focused on the role of the 7SK ribonucleoprotein (RNP) in human neocortex formation. Using human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) lines that are knock-out for a protein of interest part of the 7SK RNP complex, I generate brain organoids as well as neurons and neural progenitor cells.
