Image processing support for CBI teams

Presentation

Image Analysis platform supports the various CBI teams for everything related to image analysis. This ranges from projects requiring long-term development (application development, complex analysis and others) to short-term projects (script development, data analysis and others). The service bases its analyses on a strong mastery and expertise of ImageJ and Python tools.

Equipment

The Image Analysis platform at CBI is equipped with a high-performance computing machine optimized for advanced image processing and analysis. It is designed to handle large volumes of data and complex computations. Thanks to its computing power, it accelerates tool development and data exploration.
