GENSCAN (Genomics and Single Cell Analysis)

Exploring the genome and single cells at the heart of research

Presentation

The GENSCAN technical plateau aims to support users in the implementation and execution of various methods enabling (1) the analysis of the genome, transcriptome, and epigenome in cell populations, and (2) the exploration of transcriptome and epigenome heterogeneity within tissues, organs, and whole organisms through single-cell approaches.

More specifically, GENSCAN offers:

– Preparation of RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, DRIP-seq, Hi-C, CUT&RUN, and CUT&Tag libraries, along with quality control prior to sequencing.

– Conducting single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell ATAC-seq, and single-cell Multiome (RNA + ATAC on the same cell) experiments using the Chromium Controller (10X Genomics).

– Assisting users in the design, implementation, and interpretation of genomic analysis experiments on cell populations and at the single-cell level.

– Training expert users on specific shared genomic analysis equipment (Covaris S220, Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100, Chromium Controller).

– Implementing new methodologies for genomic analysis at both the population and single-cell levels.
