The aim of my thesis is to study the role of the SURF2 protein in chemotherapy resistances, particularly in adrenocortical carcinomas. The objective is to find a way of inhibiting its pro-tumorigenic activity in order to improve patients' prognosis !

Mon sujet de thèse vise à étudier le rôle de la protéine SURF2 dans les résistances aux chimiothérapies et ce notamment dans les carcinomes adrénocorticaux. L'objectif est de trouver un moyen d'inhiber son activité pro-tumorigénique afin d'améliorer le pronostic des patients !
