On Tuesday 7 April, the Sorano Theatre in Toulouse will host the regional final of the ‘My Thesis in 180 Seconds’ competition. For the 2026 edition, 16 doctoral students will be taking up the challenge of explaining their research subject to the general public in the simplest possible way, in just three minutes.
This year, Zoé Castagnet and Antoine Lempereur (CRCA-CBI) will represent the CBI and try their luck at representing Toulouse in the national semi-final by defending their respective thesis topics: ‘Dopamine: a learning signal for the hippocampus’ and ‘Loss of social tolerance: Agelena labyrinthica therapy’.
Congratulations to Zoé and Antoine, but also to Maximilien Ndjami Makanda from MCD-CBI for their participation in the MT180 regional semi-final!
