Committee
The members of this committee are tasked with being local contacts for CBI staff in all matters relating to professional gender equality.
The committee is tasked with:
– raising awareness among all staff about the issue of professional gender equality.
– preventing and raising awareness about sexual and gender-based violence and all forms of gender-based discrimination among all CBI staff.
– reporting to the Unit Directions and the Equality Mission any difficulties encountered in applying measures and/or actions.
– responsible for active and confidential listening for victims of discrimination based on gender.
– passing on complex cases and/or referring people in distress to the regional referent.
Diverse awareness-raising initiatives are carried out each year in different forms, including:
– information sessions for existing staff and new recruits
– seminars
– equality-café sessions
– exhibitions
– quizzes
