After 2 years at the CPGE BCPST in Limoges, I entered the ENSCBP (now ENSMAC) in Bordeaux, where I graduated as an Engineer in Food and Biological Engineering with a specialization in Chemistry and Bioengineering.
This was followed by a 4-year PhD in the Biophysics and Structural Biology team at IPBS in Toulouse, where I characterized pore-forming toxin-like proteins, B-pore-formins, from Schistosoma mansoni and Biomphalaria glabrata, using X-ray crystallography and various biophysical methods. Currently a post-doc in the Mycoplasma Metalloproteome group at LMGM in Toulouse, I'm characterizing M. gallisepticum proteins probably involved in iron metabolism.
As a biochemist by training, I have acquired several skills in biophysical, structural and protein characterization.
