Présentation
La plateforme Image Analysis accompagne les différentes équipes du CBI pour tout ce qui touche à l’analyse d’images. Cela va des projets nécessitant un développement à long terme (développement d’applications, analyses complexes et autres) aux projets à court terme (développement de scripts, analyse de données et autres). Le service base ses analyses sur une forte maîtrise et expertise des outils ImageJ et Python.
La plateforme Image Analysis du CBI dispose d’une machine de calcul haute performance, optimisée pour le traitement et l’analyse avancée d’images. Conçue pour gérer des volumes de données importants et des calculs complexes. Grâce à sa puissance de calcul, elle accélère le développement d’outils et l’exploration de données.
