Graduated from INSA with a degree in Mathematics and Modeling, specializing in Statistics, I am a research engineer in bioinformatics and biostatistics, with expertise in sequencing data analysis. Since 2017, I have been leading the "big-A" bioinformatics platform at the Center for Integrative Biology, where I support research teams in processing their omics data.
With my team of four, we develop automated processing pipelines in reproducible environments, as well as interactive web applications that enhance researchers' autonomy in specific analyses. We also contribute to advanced statistical analysis, data visualization, interpretation, and valorization. As a result, I am a co-author of numerous high-impact scientific publications and a key partner in large-scale research projects funded by the ANR.
Committed to training and education, I have designed and led courses and training sessions in statistics, bioinformatics, and R programming, both within my institute and at the Toulouse area. Additionally, I am an active member of the Génotoul Biostat network and involved in organizing scientific events such as "Rencontres R-Toulouse" and JOBIM. I also contribute my expertise to the peer review of scientific articles.
