Chromatin-based clonal inheritance

Our goal is to decipher the mechanisms of clonal inheritance for gene expression programs, in individual cells. We have undertaken systematic analyses of chromatin-based inheritance depending on genomic contexts, binding of specific chromatin factors or chromatin organization and folding.
