On 29 November 2023, Fabian Erdel (MCD-CBI) will receive the 2023 BINDER Innovation prize awarded from the German Society for Cell Biology (DGZ).

This prize rewards outstanding contributions to cell biology and is aimed at junior investigators that have already established and developed their own research profile. It consists of a financial contribution of €4,000.
