Congratulations to Thomas Mangeat winner of the CNRS crystal award!

Thomas Mangeat (CBI) has been awarded a crystal medal by the CNRS in recognition of his professionalism and very high-level technical skills, and in particular for the development of a new approach to super-resolution microscopy, RIM (Random Illumination Microscopy).

The originality of this technique lies in the use of random light illumination, which enables high-resolution imaging of samples inaccessible to current super-resolution techniques.
